    Get PDF
Advancement Social media is a significant part of many people's lives, providing a platform for communication, connection, and the sharing of information and content. Social media has become an important tool for telecommunication companies to provide customer support and address customer complaints. Customer loyalty is important in the telecommunication industry as it can lead to increased revenue and reduced marketing costs. Telecommunication companies can work to build and maintain customer loyalty by providing high-quality products and services, excellent customer service and support, and using loyalty programs and incentives. Social media can play a role in building customer loyalty by facilitating communication and interaction with customers, providing personalized marketing and support, and building strong relationships. Many telecommunication companies have dedicated social media accounts or pages for customer support, where customers can ask questions, report problems, or seek help with issues they are experiencing. This research attempted to show how unsupervised learning can be applied to cluster telecommunication customers into different groups based on loyalty so that telecommunication companies can focus on each group with distinct loyalty-boosting strategies.  However, telecommunication companies need to be cautious and careful in their use of social media to ensure that it does not have negative consequences on customer loyalty. In addition to social media interactions, it is important for telecommunication companies to consider the overall customer experience in building and maintaining customer loyalty. This includes the quality of products and services, the level of customer service and support, and the value that customers perceive they are receiving

Determining the Drivers and Barriers to the Adoption of Smart Vending Machine

The Internet of Things (IoT) revolution is revolutionizing numerous industries, including the vending machine industry. Smart vending machines are one example of how the Internet of Things is altering the way vending machines operate. Smart vending machines can do functions other than merely dispatching products in exchange for payment by combining modern technologies such as internet connectivity and touch screens. They can make purchasing more convenient for customers, track inventories in real-time, and even take mobile payments using a smartphone app. By surveying 412 business owners, this study employed a stacking classifier to analyze the determinants of smart vending machine adoption. The findings indicate that improved security and safety, as well as the decrease in operational costs, are the primary drivers of adoption among firms that have adopted the smart vending machine. Smart vending machines can be equipped with security cameras and alarms to deter theft and vandalism, as well as to prevent contamination or tampering. This can help to improve the vending machine's general security and safety, as well as the products it dispenses. By automating processes such as inventory management and refilling, smart vending machines can also help to minimize operating expenses. This can save the operator time and money. This study's findings also revealed that the primary barriers to adoption are upfront costs and technological challenges. The initial cost of purchasing and installing a Smart vending machine might be too expensive, particularly for SMEs. Operators may be required to spend on technical help and training in order to successfully use and maintain this equipment. The future of vending machines is expected to witness a steady move toward Smart vending machines. As sophisticated technology becomes more widely accessible and inexpensive, more operators are likely to realize it and make the switch

Granger Causality between International Tourism and International Trade

International trade and tourism are both key industries that contribute significantly to the global economy. International trade can promote international tourism by increasing travel accessibility and affordability, helping to promote the availability of diverse tourism products and services, facilitating infrastructure development, creating job opportunities in the tourism sector, and facilitating intercultural communication and understanding between nations. International tourism can also stimulate international trade by generating foreign exchange earnings for the host country, encouraging the export of tourism-related products and services, creating job opportunities and supporting the growth of small and medium-sized businesses, and resulting in the import of goods and services required by the tourism industry. Using the Granger causality test, this study explores the causation between these variables in the context of the Russian economy from 1990 to 2017. According to the findings, there is bidirectional correlation between international tourism and international trade. The conclusions of this study indicate that both industries are inextricably intertwined and rely on one another to maintain the Russian economy's growth and development

E-commerce has evolved into a vital element of modern life by giving customers a quick and easy way to buy products and services online. Businesses increasingly focus on building their online presence in order to remain competitive, which represents a huge change as a result of the growth of e-commerce. Utilizing artificial intelligence (AI), augmented reality (AR), and website optimization is one of the primary ways firms are aiming to improve their e-commerce operations at the moment. While AR can improve product recommendations and the visual component of online shopping by giving customers a more immersive experience, AI can be used to tailor the user experience and boost personalization. On the other side, website optimization can assist companies in enhancing the user experience and raising conversion rates. Businesses can make better choices about how to implement these variables into their operations by knowing how they affect e-commerce sales. This study used data from 190 global e-commerce sites to empirically examine the effects of using AI, AR, and website optimization on the increase of e-commerce sales. The study used a multiple regression analysis to look at how these factors and the rise of e-commerce relate to one another. The study's findings demonstrated that every element had a favorable and significant impact on the increase of e-commerce sales. This suggests that companies investing in artificial intelligence, augmented reality, and website optimization can anticipate a comparable rise in revenue. These results suggest that companies wishing to enhance their e-commerce operations should think about investing in AI, AR, and website optimization. They may improve client satisfaction this way, boost conversion rates, and eventually boost sales. &nbsp

Challenges and Opportunities of Integrating Autonomous Vehicles into Urban Retail Delivery Services

The purpose of this study is to investigate the challenges and opportunities associated with integrating autonomous vehicles into urban retail delivery services. The study found that integrating autonomous vehicles into urban retail delivery services presents both challenges and opportunities. The challenges include safety concerns, regulation, infrastructure, job displacement, and cybersecurity. The development of new regulations and policies to accommodate autonomous vehicles in urban areas may take time and effort. The infrastructure such as charging stations and maintenance facilities will also need to be developed to support autonomous vehicles, which could be costly and time-consuming. Job displacement may also be a concern as the adoption of autonomous vehicles may decrease the number of jobs available for delivery drivers and other workers in the retail sector. Cybersecurity is also an issue as autonomous vehicles rely on software and communication systems that are vulnerable to hacking and cyber attacks. On the other hand, the study found that integrating autonomous vehicles into urban retail delivery services can bring opportunities, such as improved efficiency, reduced emissions, increased accessibility, improved customer experience, and cost savings. Autonomous vehicles can operate 24/7 and optimize delivery routes, reducing the time and cost of deliveries. They can also be electric, reducing greenhouse gas emissions and improving air quality in urban areas. Autonomous vehicles can operate in areas that are difficult or dangerous for human drivers, enhancing accessibility. Additionally, autonomous vehicles can reduce the cost of delivery services by eliminating the need for human drivers and reducing fuel and maintenance costs
